Salary
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic and innovative company.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior or Principal Analog and Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer to join our team at Micron Mexico Design Center. As an analog designer at Micron, you will be responsible for developing, designing, optimizing, and verifying block-level circuits for all DRAM-related projects. You will use both analog and digital CMOS design skills to work on various circuits, including I/Os, voltage regulators, generators, amplifiers, oscillators, pumps, translators, repair-related circuits, DLLs, and standard control logic.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Analog IC design experience, including regulator, charge pump, oscillator, current reference, bandgap, and comparator design. Past circuit debug experience through Product Engineering or equivalent. Experience inside the memory industry, either flash or DRAM, is a plus. Proficiency with UNIX and CADENCE design environment (simulation, schematic entry, SPF extraction). Experience with circuit verification and optimization, including layout verification and parasitic extractions of circuits. Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts. The ability to work independently and in teams. Required qualifications include BSEE + 10 years' post-graduate mixmode or analog circuit design experience or MSEE + 5 years' experience. 15+ years' experience is preferred, but new graduate college students are also welcomed.
