Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The Information Security Cyber Resilience Specialist is tasked with executing activities aligned with the cyber resilience program's objectives. This role is essential in conducting resilience evaluations of the technologies within PepsiCo's IT ecosystem, employing industry best practices from NIST, MITRE, Cloud Security Alliance, and others. The Cyber Resilience Specialist will cultivate relationships across various departments to support the Cyber Resilience Program and the broader Cyber Fusion Center initiatives.

Your Impact

As a Cyber Resilience Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

Collaborating as a vital member of PepsiCo's Cyber Fusion Center, partnering with IT, Information Security, and business stakeholders in a complex environment to ensure the company can anticipate, endure, and recover from significant cyber threats. Assisting in the establishment of the cyber resiliency function in accordance with globally recognized practices tailored to the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) sector. Supporting the creation of a sustainable High Value Assets program. Integrating adversary-focused cyber resiliency strategies within the Information Security and IT teams, aligned with the MITRE ATT&CK framework. Utilizing Cyber Fusion Center resources to bolster PepsiCo's cybersecurity posture and resilience, collaborating with incident response, cyber threat intelligence, detection assurance, and other Information Security teams. Proficiently executing queries in Splunk. Demonstrating experience with ServiceNow. Familiarity with Qualys or similar vulnerability management tools. Supporting Cyber Resilience initiatives to foster strong cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders. Organizing daily operations through approved task management software. Engaging with global communities and Cyber Resilience expert groups to ensure PepsiCo's practices are benchmarked against industry leaders. Producing management-oriented communications and reports as required. Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field is required.

Experience

Foundational Cloud Certification from AWS or Microsoft Azure. Cybersecurity certifications such as Security +, CISM, or CISA. Analytical, motivated, and self-assured with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey ideas persuasively, fostering support and commitment while motivating others to take action.
