Responsibilities
The Role
The Cyber Resilience Specialist will play a crucial role in executing initiatives within the cyber resilience program. This position is responsible for conducting thorough assessments of the technologies within PepsiCo's IT landscape, utilizing established best practices from frameworks such as NIST, MITRE, and the Cloud Security Alliance. The specialist will collaborate with various teams across the organization to enhance the Cyber Resilience Program and the broader Cyber Fusion Center capabilities.
Your Contributions
As a Cyber Resilience Specialist , your key responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with IT, Information Security, and business partners to ensure PepsiCo is equipped to anticipate, endure, and recover from significant cyber threats. Assisting in the establishment of a cyber resiliency function that aligns with globally recognized industry standards, particularly within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) sector. Supporting the creation of a sustainable High Value Assets program. Integrating adversary-focused cyber resilience strategies within the Information Security and IT departments, aligned with the MITRE ATT&CK framework. Leveraging Cyber Fusion Center teams to bolster PepsiCo's cybersecurity posture and resilience, including incident response, cyber threat intelligence, and detection assurance. Proficiently executing queries in Splunk. Utilizing ServiceNow for operational efficiency. Applying knowledge of Qualys or similar vulnerability management tools. Fostering strong cross-functional relationships to advance Cyber Resilience initiatives. Organizing daily tasks through approved tracking software. Engaging with global communities and Cyber Resilience expert groups to ensure PepsiCo's practices meet best-in-class benchmarks. Producing reports and communications for management as required. QualificationsIdeal Candidate Profile
Education
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field is essential.Experience
Foundational Cloud Certification from AWS or Microsoft Azure is preferred. Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as Security +, CISM, or CISA are advantageous. Strong analytical skills, self-motivation, and confidence with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
