ResponsibilitiesThe Role
The Information Security Cyber Resilience Analyst will engage in activities that align with the cyber resilience program's objectives. This position will conduct detailed resilience evaluations of the technologies within PepsiCo's IT landscape, employing industry-leading practices from NIST, MITRE, Cloud Security Alliance, and others. The Cyber Resilience Analyst will cultivate partnerships across the organization to support the Cyber Resilience Program and broader Cyber Fusion Center initiatives.
Your Contributions
As a Cyber Resilience Analyst, your duties will include:
Collaborating as a vital member of PepsiCo's Cyber Fusion Center, partnering with IT, Information Security, and business stakeholders in a complex environment to ensure the organization can predict, endure, and recover from significant cyber threats. Assisting in the establishment of the cyber resiliency function in accordance with globally recognized best practices, specifically tailored to the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) sector. Supporting the creation of a sustainable High Value Assets program. Integrating adversary-driven cyber resiliency strategies within the Information Security and IT teams, linked to the MITRE ATT&CK framework. Utilizing Cyber Fusion Center resources to bolster PepsiCo's cybersecurity framework and resilience, including incident response, cyber threat intelligence, and detection assurance, among other Information Security collaborators. Proficiently executing queries in Splunk. Utilizing ServiceNow for operational management. Employing Qualys or similar vulnerability management tools. Promoting Cyber Resilience initiatives to strengthen cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders. Organizing daily tasks using approved project management software. Engaging with global communities and Cyber Resilience expert groups to ensure PepsiCo's practices align with industry-leading standards. Preparing management-level communications and reports as required. QualificationsIdeal Candidate Profile
Education
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field is essential.Experience
Foundational Cloud Certification from AWS or Microsoft Azure is preferred. Cybersecurity certifications such as Security +, CISM, or CISA are advantageous. Strong analytical skills, self-motivation, and confidence with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. The capacity to articulate ideas persuasively, fostering support and commitment while motivating others to align with organizational goals.
