Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Scientist to lead our Home Care Research and Innovation efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and identifying new technologies to enhance our Home Care product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects focused on exploring and identifying new technologies for mid-long term innovation in Home Care categories
- Conduct in-depth research to illustrate the mechanism of action for technology leads in Home Care products and propose possibilities for improvement and recommendations for technology implementation
- Develop test methods and demos to show and support formula attributes
- Support ongoing efforts to develop predictive methodologies to accelerate stability tests in home care products
- Analyze experimental data to extract technology information to improve and accelerate product design and development
- Communicate technical knowledge to business partners and cross-category functions
- Identify and lead collaboration efforts with external partners (specialized companies, startups, universities & strategic suppliers)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Maintain detailed and effective written records of experimental work and observations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's or PhD Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Material Science, Biotechnology, Physical Chemistry or related areas
- Strong knowledge of physical chemistry and materials science
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary projects simultaneously
- Efficient skills on data management and statistical analysis
- Strong communication skills: Clearly express scientific concepts and thinking
- Fluid English written/verbal
- Good skills for documentation of technical information
- Teamwork/Collaboration
- Planning/Priority Setting
