We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Spanish Collections Specialist to join our dedicated team in Mexico.
**Job Responsibilities:**
To achieve success in this role, you will be responsible for making outbound and inbound calls with delinquent borrowers. Your primary goal will be to find solutions to bring borrower's loans to a current status by processing payments for borrowers with past due payments and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly collection and metric goals.
**Key Requirements:**
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of direct experience in credit and collections, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prior call center experience with financial products is preferred. A professional demeanor and ability to work effectively within a team environment are also essential.
**Benefits and Compensation:**
This position offers a competitive salary range of $12,000 to $18,000 per month, along with government-mandated benefits as stated by the federal law. Additionally, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to commute or relocate before starting work.
