Main Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement IT Service Management processes, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Service Request, Service Portal, Service Catalog, Asset and User setup.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications using REST/SOAP Webservices, Java scripting, and other technologies.
- Configure and manage CMDB, Asset Management, and Orchestrations for Software Distribution.
- Design and implement ServiceNow ITBM – Project, Portfolio, Demand, Resource, and Finance.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow Reports and Performance Analytics.
- Create custom processes, integrate with third-party systems, and develop custom applications.
- Manage ServiceNow upgrades, cloning, and support interactions with the ServiceNow HI support team.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using LDAP/SSO, Email, Chat, and other protocols.
- Implement Domain separation and Data segregation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers, requiring strong English language skills.
Preferred Certifications:
- ServiceNow Implementation Certified
- ITIL V3 Foundation certified
Desirable Certifications:
- Certified Scrum Master
Additional Requirements:
- Demonstrate awareness of Best Practices for ServiceNow implementation.
- Lead and manage a global team, requiring strong leadership and collaboration skills.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Apply strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, exercising mature judgment.
