About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Revenue Management Portfolio Optimization Analyst to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for optimizing revenue for our company by developing and implementing portfolio optimization strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate portfolio opportunities per category based on market knowledge and competency to optimize portfolio
  • Support revenue management business unit decisions in revenue strategy, with deep analysis that includes consumer insights, benchmarks, competency insights, and financial indicators
  • Identify items with low sales or poor performance to be changed or rationalized
  • Develop portfolio recommendations according to the needs of each chain
  • Analyze historical revenue data, demand trends to identify opportunities for portfolio optimization
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of pricing strategies, inventory management, and distribution channels to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other team members, including sales, marketing, and commercial, to develop and implement revenue optimization strategies
  • Develop and maintain revenue management tools and systems to support portfolio optimization efforts
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on revenue performance and recommended changes
  • Design and implement data analysis tools and models to identify revenue optimization opportunities
  • Conduct regular data analysis and reporting to monitor revenue performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for revenue management stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in revenue management, data analysis, and portfolio optimization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
  • 2-3 years experience in revenue management, finance, sales strategy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate revenue optimization opportunities
  • Knowledge of revenue management principles, pricing strategies, and analysis techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience with database management and data visualization
  • Advanced English oral and written skills
