Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Transfer Pricing Documentation
    • Conduct in-depth analyses of industry and market conditions
    • Prepare detailed reports on functions, assets, and risks of related parties involved in transactions
    • Select and apply the most appropriate transfer pricing methods
    • Describe tested parties and comparables
    • Demonstrate compliance with local transfer pricing regulations
    • Draft intercompany agreements and transfer pricing memos
    • Assist in preparing master files at each GE Business level, in compliance with OECD guidelines and local regulations
  • Management of Headquarter Cost Allocation
    • Conduct interviews at each Management function level to document HQ support services provided across businesses
    • Gather data from various business functions: FP&A; HR, finance contacts, Coretech IT organization; Corporate allocation/Assessment
    • Analyze data: exclude non-eligible costs, apply stewardship assumptions and Bric rules
    • Prepare HQCA models using current Excel templates and suggest improvements in the process
    • Provide summaries of BRIC and Stewardship for US compliance purposes
    • Prepare/Maintain backups for each business HQCA
    • Prepare billing tables and liaise with IC billing teams to issue bills, monitoring the process and obtaining invoice copies
    • Update TP reports for HQ cost allocation
    • Prepare Benefit documentation in countries where it is needed
  • Financial Data – Extraction and Coordination
    • Have a good working knowledge of various ERPs used by GE Vernova
    • Participate in ERP-related trainings and learn accounting systems, processes, and practices of GE Vernova
    • Extract data from ERPs required for TP documentation, HQCA working, and other Transfer Pricing requirements
    • Lead and work on initiatives such as automation of data extraction from ERPs and suggest improvements to systems, standardization of data templates, etc.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of work experience in Transfer Pricing, including TP Documentation, TP Policy setting, Managing TP Audits, Allocation of management charges, etc.
  • Major Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business from a reputable university
  • Excellent and advanced Excel, Tableau, SAP skills
  • Solid research and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and/or independently
  • Highly motivated and strong eagerness to learn
  • Self-starter with the ability to take lead and own initiatives in the company around Transfer Pricing

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is 360,000.00 MXN Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus of 8%.
