Job SummaryWe're looking for a seasoned Communications Manager to lead our communications strategy in Latin America. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for shaping our brand and messaging with stakeholders, managing media relations, and developing crisis communication plans.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement communications strategies to promote our brand and key initiatives in Latin America.
- Manage media relations, including pitching and securing media placements, developing press releases, and crafting key messages.
- Partner with government affairs, marketing, and global communications teams to drive business impact and shape our brand.
- Develop thought leadership content and messaging to showcase our expertise and commitment to patient care.
- Collaborate with HR and other business functions to support internal communication and drive business results.
- University degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Journalism, Public Affairs, or a related field.
- Minimum five years of experience in Corporate Communications, preferably in the pharma or medical technology industry.
- Experience in social media strategy and management, as well as media crisis management.
- Fluent Spanish and proficient English, with conversational Portuguese a plus.
