The Infrastructure Technology Lead Analyst is responsible for assisting with LAN/WAN and help desk administration activities, including network maintenance, technical guidance, and security. The role requires the use of infrastructure technology knowledge and identified policies to process data, resolve issues, and execute administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Create complex project plans, perform impact analyses, solve high-impact problems/projects, and provide resolution to restore services
- Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) post restoration of service
- Design testing approaches, complex processes, reporting streams, and assist with the automation of repetitive tasks
- Provide technical/strategic direction to team members
- Review requirement documents, define hardware requirements, and update processes and procedures as necessary
- Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct project-related research
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and/or other team members

**Qualifications and Skills:**

Understanding of how specialization within an area contributes to the business and of competitors' products and services
- Ability to develop projects required for design of metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking activities, and best practices
- Ability to work with virtual/in-person teams and work under pressure/to a deadline
- Experience in a Financial Services or large complex and/or global environment preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Effective analytic/diagnostic skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences

**Education Requirements:**

Bachelor's/University degree; Master's degree preferred

**Preferred Qualifications:**
**Typical Experience Levels**
- 5+ years' experience supporting Red Hat LINUX 6 + 7
- 5+ years' experience in Perl or ksh scripting.
- 3-5 years hands-on experience in object-oriented programming
- 1-3 years' experience with Chef
- 1-3 years' experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CICD) technology/automation
- Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, Unix Clustering, SAN technologies (EMC, Hitachi), and OS security
- Experience of Design, System Tuning & Performance Improvements on distributed systems
- Expert infrastructure knowledge with at least 6 years' experience in large mission-critical non-stop environments
- Certification in platform technologies
- Ability to effectively mentor engineers
- Executive communication experience
- Must be able to structure, plan, and execute strategic initiatives with the right project discipline
- Ability to work effectively with virtual and remote teams
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem management skills in a high-pressure environment..
- Very strong written, spoken, and presentation communication skills
- Commitment to quality, attention to detail, and continuous improvement
- Focus on delivery and execution; able to focus on details while seeing the big picture
- Experience and ease in interfacing with Senior Management and technical support teams
- Platform automation hands-on experience
- Ability to organize and manage many varying priorities
- Fluent English desirable

- Collaborate with other sector/platform managers to enable best-in-class service
- Accountable for identifying business platform/sector-specific service improvement plans
- Develop relationships with key internal customers to identify emerging needs

- Promote highly scalable architecture standards

- Tracking and driving cost optimization initiatives

- Cost avoidance - EOL/EOS analysis etc.
- Project timelines - for special projects undertaken
