- Provide technical direction and support to internal and external resources, ensuring effective project delivery and transfer to manufacturing.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in developing products and/or manufacturing processes within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of Design for Manufacturing and ability to drive design review.
- Experience working with multiple sites and product lines, with a proven track record of successfully working in complex engineering projects.
- Thorough knowledge of GD&T and ANSI/ISO standards, as well as mechanical systems such as pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical drive systems.
