Domestic Distribution Revenue Management Lead
OverviewThis role offers a unique opportunity to support the distribution revenue domain within the COE for the US market.
Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare financial forecasts and budgets for managed areas, validate them with the Distribution Planning and Local Finance Leaders, and provide assessment and recommendations.
- VIP Affiliate Management: Maintain financial models for VIP affiliates based on actual subscriber reports and updated contractual terms, collect feedback from regional distribution teams, and deliver high-quality products.
- Distribution Analysis: Provide variance analysis to explain actual and forecasted performance of managed markets/regions versus prior year/plan/prior forecast, lead distribution analyses across managed markets to improve understanding, identify opportunities, and feed into broader strategic questions.
- Team Leadership: Manage and monthly update of affiliates subscribers and revenue databases, establish productive relationships with key contacts in regional Sales and Finance leadership, actively participate in system transformation, perform SOX analyses, and lead, develop, and coach a team of analysts to provide high-quality support to stakeholders.
- 5+ years' experience in Finance function in FP&A department, including 2+ years in the revenue area.
- Experience from FP&A COE/shared service is an advantage.
- Diversified experience in financial reporting, forecasting, planning, modeling, and strong analytical skills.
- Self-motivated individual with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of media industry dynamics and key metrics impacting revenue is an asset.
- Very good English communication skills and relationship building.
- Able to meet stringent deadlines and work under pressure while showing excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize, and adhere to strict deadlines.
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing a team.
- Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of financial software packages and Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience in using EPM solution such as SAP BPC, Oracle EPM, Hyperion, Anaplan, Adaptive.
