We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving issues for our clients. **Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide technical support and resolve issues for clients via phone, email, or chat
  • Manage and resolve tickets in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services

**Requirements**

  • 2+ years of experience as a Service Desk Analyst
  • Intermediate English level
  • Remote troubleshooting experience
  • Ticket management experience
