About the Role:
Cognizant is seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Agent to join our team. As a Service Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing technical support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Document and track client interactions and issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and trends
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a service desk or technical support role
- Knowledge of IT service management frameworks and tools
- Certifications in ITIL or other relevant areas
