About the Role:

Cognizant is seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Agent to join our team. As a Service Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing technical support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
  • Document and track client interactions and issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and trends

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a service desk or technical support role
  • Knowledge of IT service management frameworks and tools
  • Certifications in ITIL or other relevant areas
