- Renewal Management: Negotiate favorable renewal terms and ensure timely and mutually beneficial renewals.
- Account Growth: Identify and pursue growth opportunities within assigned accounts, collaborating with internal resources as needed.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct regular business reviews with customers to ensure they are deriving value from our product and aligning with their primary objectives.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with internal resources to develop growth and risk mitigation strategies for key accounts.
- Portfolio Management: Evaluate and optimize account portfolios to prioritize time and resources for maximum impact.
- 8+ years of experience in Sales, Renewal Management, Account Management, and/or Customer Success, ideally within SaaS offerings.
- Proven track record of meeting key performance indicators and quota-carrying roles.
- Strong contract negotiation skills and experience driving deals to completion on-time.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with supporting adoption across organizations and serving as a change agent for the customer.
- Ability to demonstrate a strategic approach to enable persuasive value conversations with customers at an executive level.
- Strong level of urgency, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Salesforce experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
