- Bachelor's or master's degree in an engineering/technical related field or equivalent
- Additional education in business administration or marketing is preferred
- IOT/IIOT/Annual Recurring Revenue/software/subscription model type of experience, including collaboration with a customer success function
- English language skills (verbal and written)
- Experience in a technical/sales job focused on Mining, Cement, or O&G (>3yrs)
