Key Responsibilities- Provide coverage for C2C Processors and Supervisor as required.
- Prepare and maintain statistics required for monthly reporting, including preparation of documents and emails.
- Assist with reviewing month-end reports to ensure accuracy.
- Extract information from various online banking sites and apply customer payments in financial systems.
- Reconcile daily cash applications between banks and the general ledger.
- Apply customer adjustments.
- Assist with resolving issues related to Special Billings, Customer Claims, Graphics Billings, and Obsolete Inventory, Pricing Adjustments, etc.
- Distribute invoices via multiple channels and upload into archiving systems.
- Verify EDI transmissions and portal reports.
- Ensure receipt of proper Sales Tax Exemption Certificates from customers.
- Track Special Billing portal requests, acquire approvals, determine accounting code, and prepare invoices or credit memos.
- Upload invoices to customer websites and portals.
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers.
- Process C2C transactions and journal entries.
- Prepare timely and accurate weekly/monthly reports according to deadlines and requirements.
- Work under close supervision within parameters set by management.
- Perform maintenance to C2C archives, files, and the financial systems.
