About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Invoice to Cash Analyst to join our dynamic team in Querétaro. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the full ITC process to maximize cash flow, ensuring timely payments and resolving deductions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships, ensuring a solid understanding of their policies and WK Kellogg's terms of sale.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure invoices are received and payments are in progress.
  • Resolve aged receivables and invalid deductions by coordinating with internal teams and external buyers.
  • Manage various types of deductions, including pricing, shipment, and miscellaneous deductions.
  • Handle order holds and releases and contribute to sales strategy discussions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience (collections, deductions, or customer service).
  • Proficient with ERP systems and MS Office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
