**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to the Plant Manager, Staff, and Personal Nemak. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating the needs of the area or department and the office.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Supervise, make decisions, and respond to service requests.
  • Manage correspondence, file control, registration of documentation, and files.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transfers, taxis, and advances, as well as visa procedures.
  • Verify trips and consumption, prepare reports, and make reservations at restaurants or other establishments as needed.
  • Attend to logistics of visits and clients, including income record and requests for cars and drivers.
  • Provide necessary security and audio equipment and food logistics during visits.
  • Process payments to suppliers through reports and electronic forms, request and manage invoices.
  • Manage requests for food, equipment, or internal or external services (dining room, dry cleaning, stationery).

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Administrative Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Experience in SAP, SRM, and Office 2016.
