**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Contract Management Specialist to join our team at Warner Bros. Discovery. As a key member of our Procurement team, you will be responsible for guiding the business through the source-to-contract process, ensuring seamless execution and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Guide the business through the source-to-contract process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of forms, engagement with Procurement and cross-functional teams, and submission of requests for new suppliers.

- Support the implementation of improvements and enhancements to the source-to-contract process and systems.

- Lead training sessions for Procurement, Business, and cross-functional teams on new and current source-to-contract processes.

- Maintain and track source-to-contract metadata, ensuring quality and accuracy.

- Assist with contract compliance tracking activities and reporting.

- Support contract audit activities and lifecycle management.

**Requirements**

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.

- 1-3 years of experience in administrative or data management roles, preferably with project management experience.

- Prior experience in Procurement and contract management is preferred.

- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to train and present to small and large audiences.

- Experience with systems and solutions for managing the source-to-contract process, such as Workday Strategic Sourcing, Ariba, SAP, Smartsheet, and ServiceNow.
