We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Contract Renewal Specialist to join our team at Docusign. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for owning and executing a portfolio of renewal contracts in an assigned territory.

This is a high-impact position that requires a strategic mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to drive contracts to completion on time. If you have a proven track record of success in quota-carrying sales roles and possess strong process management, financial acumen, and contractual engineering skills, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role

  • Owning and executing win/win negotiation strategies for a high quantity of renewals that maximize contract value while protecting and enhancing customer trust
  • Maximizing account growth by playing a role on the account team, helping to identify incremental opportunities upon contract renewal
  • Maintaining and updating a rolling forecast of your territory and communicating any renewal risk to internal resources in order to develop resolution strategies

Your Background

  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience within Renewal Management, Account Management or Customer Success
  • Bachelor's degree required

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong negotiation skills with experience driving contracts to completion on time
  • Ability to demonstrate a strategic mindset to enable persuasive value conversations with customers at an executive level
  • Experience in quota-carrying sales role with proven achievement
  • Strong process management, financial acumen, and contractual engineering skills

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 depending on location and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, paid parental leave, and global benefits.
