**Key Responsibilities**

You'll be responsible for preparing and negotiating contracts, as well as finalizing the contract process. This will involve drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements with study sites in accordance with local and accepted standards. You'll also ensure compliance with established negotiation parameters, authority approval, and contractual process.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong understanding of contract law, including principles of business, intellectual property, and local tax and stamp laws. You'll also require effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and the local language. Additionally, you'll need to be capable of drafting and negotiating contract provisions and budgetary issues within parameters.

**A Day in the Life**

As a Site Contract Specialist, you'll work independently or in teams to achieve target cycle times for site activations. You'll identify and assess legal, financial, and operational risks and escalate to the appropriate level of the organization. You'll also provide recommendations and alternative resolutions to Investigator Contract negotiations through established escalation channels.

**Keys to Success**

Previous experience in a related field, comparable to 2-5 years, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is required. You'll need to demonstrate a customer-focused style of communication, problem-solving, and collaboration. You'll also require strong attention to detail, excellent analytical and decision-based thinking, and the ability to work independently or in teams.
