Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team at AT&T. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales support to our business customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide best-in-class service to our business customers, addressing their account-related concerns and finding solutions that meet their needs.
  • Sales and Support: Identify growth opportunities for our business customers and seamlessly integrate additional lines or services into their accounts to bolster their business expansion.
  • Communication and Empathy: Deepen customer understanding through effective communication, empathy, and by thoroughly addressing their needs, ensuring personalized solutions are not just offered but tailored.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain proficiency in a variety of offerings, including Telephone Services, hotspots, wireless devices, DIRECTV, Internet solutions, and business systems.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Specialize in enhancing customer plans through upgrades, package modifications, and the introduction of new services.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Advanced English fluency to effectively communicate with U.S. customers.
  • Sales Experience: At least 1 year of sales experience with outstanding communication skills and the ability to build positive customer relationships.
  • Technical Skills: Experience using personal computers and Microsoft Office products to research information and support customers while talking to them on the phone.
  • Availability: Availability to train and work 40 hours across 5 days of the week within our operating hours of 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM CST, Monday to Saturday, accommodating Daylight Saving Time and holidays.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Pay: Monthly Base Salary: MXN$18,000, before Taxes
  • Bonus and Incentives: Average monthly bonus of MXN $8,000, when you meet your sales and service targets

  • Discounts: 50% discount on five lines of AT&T Wireless service
  • Training and Development: Paid training starting from the first day

Work Environment:

This is not a remote position. This job will require you to work in our offices starting on your first day of training, and you will need to confirm your availability to work on site during the interview process.
