Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales and be fluent in both Spanish and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualification: Conduct outbound calls to B2B prospects using a scripted approach to engage and qualify leads.
- Prospect Qualification: Assess the needs and potential of prospects to determine their suitability and readiness for our services.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for our sales team with qualified prospects.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all calls, interactions, and outcomes in our CRM system.
Requirements and Skills
- Background: 3-5 years of experience in cold calling B2B with demonstrated proficiency in tools such as Zoom and Outlook.
- Key Competencies: Ideal candidates excel in conducting outbound cold calls to B2B prospects, efficiently managing call lists, and qualifying leads.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Zoom and Outlook is required.
