Sales Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to lead our sales team in Latin America. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales leadership, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and improve sales performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to identify opportunities and implement effective solutions
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs
- Analyze sales data and metrics to inform business decisions and optimize sales processes
- Provide coaching and training to sales team members to improve their skills and knowledge
- Maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service and support
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and improving sales performance
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
