Job Description

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Key responsibilities include managing hotel reservations, handling inquiries, making bookings, and confirming room availability. You'll also interact with guests via phone, email, and in-person, addressing reservation inquiries, changes, and cancellations.

You'll also be responsible for assisting guests during check-in and check-out, ensuring a seamless process and attending to special requests or concerns. Collecting payment information, processing reservations, and issuing invoices or receipts as necessary are also essential tasks.
