Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Job Summary:
Lear Corporation, a leading Tier 1 automotive supplier, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing commercial activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and increasing profitability for Lear Corporation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage capacity studies from OEMs, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Audit CAR certifications for all Lear facilities.
- Perform on-site trainings for CAR leaders within the E-Systems division.
- Manage tooling expenses recoveries for Lear NA E-Systems facilities.
- Respond to OEM tooling audits.
- Support NA Commercial team on quoting activities.
- Closing open commercial issues in a timely manner while maintaining good relationships with customers.
- Improve customer relationships.
- Act as a single point of contact for OEM customers (purchasing, program, engineering).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of previous experience with Auto Tier 1.
- Full bilingual proficiency.
