Are you a seasoned HR professional looking for a new challenge?
We are seeking an experienced Human Relations Manager to lead our Human Resources department in San Luis Potosí.
This is a unique opportunity to join Continental, a leading technology company developing pioneering solutions for sustainable and connected mobility.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record of leading leaders and negotiating complex agreements.
About the Role:
In this key position, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR-related activities, including talent management, labor relations, payroll, compensation, and benefits.
You will also serve as the Union Relations Manager, ensuring compliance with union contracts and participating in negotiations.
Additionally, you will implement corporate HR programs and lead organizational cultural development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the HR department in San Luis Potosí
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business goals
- Negotiate with unions to ensure collective bargaining agreements
