We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales to join our team at Totum Talent. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the B2B sector.

About the Role

The Director of Sales will oversee the sales department, providing guidance and oversight to ensure sales goals are met and exceeded. Key responsibilities include:

  • Formulating the sales business plan and implementing strategies to enhance market presence
  • Managing the sales team to achieve sales objectives and growth
  • Identifying and cultivating business opportunities with retail channels and new B2B clients
  • Enhancing relationships with current customers to ensure enduring satisfaction and loyalty
  • Conducting thorough analysis of the market and competitors to inform decision-making and sustain a competitive edge
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with company objectives
  • Managing budgets, reporting outcomes, and analyzing sales KPIs
  • Ensuring integration of optimal business and customer service practices in daily operations
  • Overseeing the effective use of CRM by the team to deliver commercial insights to management

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Business or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Commercial Director or Commercial Manager
  • 5-7 years of experience leading sales teams (at least 5 persons)
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail and self-service sectors
  • Strong knowledge of CRM use and administration
  • Excellent leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
  • Advanced English language proficiency
