Global Marketing Strategy and Performance Lead

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to join our team as a Regional Marketing Strategy and Analytics Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving strategic growth initiatives and optimizing marketing performance.
This exciting opportunity offers the chance to leverage your expertise in data-driven marketing to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with senior executives to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Zendesk's overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that optimize ROI and drive revenue growth.
- Evaluating and optimizing marketing campaigns based on industry best practices and performance metrics.
- Managing marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Supporting marketing leadership on critical investment decisions.
- Leading development and maintenance of Tableau dashboards to track marketing performance globally.
- Establishing strong working relationships with peers in other Operations teams and cross-functional partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, economics, engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years experience in marketing/analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau and SQL.
- Understanding of B2B lead to opportunity and sales process.
- Strong communication and data visualization skills.
- Ability to solve complex problems from high-priority strategic initiatives.
- Experience communicating effectively and presenting to Senior Executives.
- Ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate with stakeholders and teammates.
- Do-whatever-it-takes attitude to deliver exceptional quality on time and on budget.
Estimated salary: $450,000 - $650,000 per year
This is a hybrid role that requires attending our local office in Mexico City (CDMX) or Mexico State (Estado de Mexico) for part of the week. We offer a competitive compensation package and opportunities for career growth and development.
