About the Role

BIC is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

  • Lead the development and implementation of CPFR business processes to improve supply chain synchronization and reduce stock levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze sales forecasts and develop data-driven recommendations to optimize inventory management.
  • Design and implement reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management, and apply this knowledge to drive business improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

As a Supply Chain Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading CPFR initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Developing and maintaining accurate sales forecasts and inventory management plans.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Designing and implementing reports and dashboards to track KPIs and provide insights for process improvements.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in supply chain management, with a focus on CPFR and demand planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management software and systems.
