We are seeking a highly skilled Cash Disbursement Analyst to join our team at Ingredion. As a key member of our Treasury team, you will be responsible for executing all cash disbursements for assigned countries, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors.
Key Responsibilities- Execute all cash disbursements for assigned countries, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors.
- Perform daily cash disbursements for assigned countries' vendors, handling multiple currencies and time zones.
- Report daily excess cash to the Leader Treasury Cash LATAM for investment or credit repayment.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of all Treasury daily transactions and deliver required information for General Ledger entries.
- Follow up on Treasury system user entitlements, setup, deletion, and revision in accordance with company policies.
- Support system improvements, including automation.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve the cash conversion cycle goal.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or equivalent.
- Up to 3 years of experience in cash management, preferably with banking operations and portals knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proven record of initiative.
- Proven experience handling money and values, with high multitasking proficiency.
- English proficiency is a plus.
