Talent Acquisition Strategist for Gga Solutions

Gga Solutions is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Strategist to lead our recruitment efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in the BPO industry.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Recruiting Manager or Talent Acquisition Manager, with a proven track record of success in full-cycle recruiting and employer branding. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to motivate employees and lead a recruitment team to achieve aggressive goals.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing selection processes, including conducting interviews and screening calls, administering psychological tests, and managing our Applicant Tracker System (ATS). You will also analyze hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecasts, identify bottlenecks in the recruiting process, and suggest measures for improving employee retention.
Additionally, you will lead and oversee members of the recruiting team, use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles, determine recruiting KPIs, and create and present KPI reports on a monthly basis.
We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $47,000 per month, as well as additional benefits such as a company savings plan, parking, major medical insurance, life insurance, a company phone, and additional vacation days or paid time off.
