The Call Center Trainer at Gga Solutions plays a vital role in creating and executing training programs, leveraging knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and assessment methods to enhance the skills and performance of new hires.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary ranging from $240,000 to $264,000 per year, depending on location. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our call center team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough training sessions for new hires and evaluate their progress.
  • Identify training and development needs through job analysis, regular consultation with departments, and appraisal schemes.
  • Design and develop training programs based on organization and individual needs, incorporating effective induction programs and devising individual learning plans.
  • Collaborate with a team to produce high-quality programs that meet the requirements of all relevant parties.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure statutory training requirements are met.
  • Evaluate training and development programs, making necessary amendments and revisions to adapt to changes in the work environment.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, be organized, energetic, and able to motivate employees. You should have a thorough understanding of your company's mission and be able to accurately relay it to representatives being trained. Additionally, trainers must be experts in operating equipment needed for the job.
