Job Summary

As a Delivery Specialist at FedEx Express México, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe delivery of packages and documents. This position requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Package Delivery: Operate non-articulated vehicles safely and efficiently, complying with all governmental and corporate procedures.
  • Package Inspection: Accurately select and inspect assigned packages, reporting stop counts and miss-sorts.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, answering questions on FedEx services and keeping customers informed about the company.
  • Package Handling: Ensure packages conform to FedEx service features, proper labeling is provided, and all paperwork is complete, neat, and accurate.
  • Logistics Support: Assist in loading and unloading aircraft, containers, and company vehicles, and operate mechanized ramp equipment.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Clean, wash, and perform minor maintenance on company vehicles as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: One (1) year of experience driving 3.5-ton trucks.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Must possess an appropriate license for the assigned vehicle and a good driving record.
  • Skills: Ability to lift 70 lbs. and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs. with appropriate equipment, good verbal and writing communication skills, human relations, and team player.
