**Job Overview:**

Webhelp is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team in Santiago de Querétaro, Mexico. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates.

**Key Responsibilities:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring performance metrics are achieved by providing adequate coaching, motivation, and accountability to direct reports. This includes:

  • Effectively coaching direct reports on their performance to ensure achievement of performance metrics;
  • Identifying performance-related issues, developing an action plan for improvement, and implementing corrective action up to and including termination of employment;
  • Ensuring service delivered to customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator ('KPIs') and financial expectations;
  • Communicating expectations to employees and providing timely updates;
  • Conducting team meetings to ensure expedient communication of relevant information and as an open forum for input.

**Requirements:**

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • An associate's degree in a related field with two to four years of relevant experience preferred;
  • Highly motivated individual with skills to develop and coach team members to achieve performance expectations;
  • Ability to lead team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverables;
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
