**Accounts Payable Specialist**
**ROLE SUMMARY:**
As a Financial Specialist in our Brazil office, you will be responsible for performing daily financial operations and transactions accurately and timely.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Process financial records related to domestic and imported purchases, as well as other financial activities, according to company procedures.
Verify during the payment process the existence of necessary authorizations and that all invoices comply with tax requirements.
Process payments in accordance with the internal calendar and utilize various payment methods.
Respond to vendor or internal customer inquiries accurately and on time.
Participate in accounting closing and special projects as required by the AP Leader.
Support the AP Leader with audit requests and develop a sense of trust and teamwork results.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Portuguese written and verbal communication skills.
1 year of experience in general accounting or accounts payable.
Adequate knowledge in general accounting.
Experience in managing transactions with banks and suppliers.
Proven proficiency in the use of Office and ERP systems.
Ability to analyze and solve problems, manage time, and multitask.
