As a Product Development Specialist with Wallenius Wilhelmsen, you will partner with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and strategy execution. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement Proposal Management Plans, ensuring timely and effective proposal development processes. This role will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in proposal development, with a strong understanding of business requirements and corporate strategies. You will be responsible for leading the development of proposal outlines, managing the proposal storyboarding process, and supporting the business generation process from customer proposal development through contract award/renewal.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a team environment to deliver high-quality results. The successful candidate will have excellent written and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Proposal Management Plans to ensure effective proposal development processes.
  • Lead the development of proposal outlines and manage the proposal storyboarding process.
  • Support the business generation process from customer proposal development through contract award/renewal.
  • Provide market intelligence and analysis to support business growth and strategy execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and strategy execution.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • Proven ability to communicate and collaborate in a team setting to complete tasks within firm deadlines
  • Detail-oriented and flexible with advanced quantitative skills
  • Strong written and presentation skills
  • Project Management Skills
