**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy, usability, and consistency across all domains and languages
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to continuously improve website content performance indicators
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to create digital assets and content targeting specific audience channels
  • Align with the Digital Front End Solutions team to improve website performance and user experience
  • Ensure all digital marketing materials comply with the latest SEO requirements and legal standards
  • Support the deployment of digital marketing campaigns through ad placements and SEO keyword bids
  • Develop strategies to integrate social media channels into our website landscape
  • Design and develop email marketing campaigns and marketing automation initiatives
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for email marketing and automation efforts
  • Provide regular reports on social media landscape and internal approval processes

**Requirements**

  • 2-3 years of experience in web content management and digital marketing
  • Knowledge of WordPress, Pagebuilder, and other CMS systems (FirstSpirit, Episerver, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of digital KPIs, analytics, and data-driven marketing
  • Knowledge of UX design, SEO principles, and analytical tools
  • Ability to translate analytical data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work internationally and in a multicultural team
  • Strong skills in social media environment and content creation methods
  • Deep knowledge of media and content creation methods
  • Experience with email marketing tools (Dotdigital, Pardot, Salesforce)
