About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Talent Sourcer Specialist to join our team at Arrow Electronics, Inc. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for researching and sourcing top talent to create a robust pipeline of candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential candidates through various sources, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to meet the company's talent needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
- Analyze the results of sourcing efforts and implement improvements to optimize the process.
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members to ensure a smooth transition.
Requirements:
- Typically requires a 2-year degree and 1-2 years of experience; or high school graduate with equivalent work-related experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff at all levels in the organization.
