Organizational Change Management Lead: Strategic Implementation Expert

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management Lead to join our team at Takeda Pharmaceutical. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the operational implementation of change management services to deliver an exceptional experience during times of change.
About the Role
- Lead the preparation of change management assets based on a defined strategic approach and manage the change process to ensure a seamless transition.
- Develop and execute change management and communications activities to support the adoption of new processes and technology, ensuring an exceptional end-user experience.
- Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify and mitigate organizational, process, system, and data changes.
- Monitor the change process using data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with the Change and Communications team to develop and implement effective change management practices.
- Ensure that all change management activities are aligned with Takeda's values and goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Change Management, Communications, Business Administration).
- 3-7 years of experience in change management in a global setting, preferably in an IT function.
- Experience managing change in a diverse data and digital technology landscape.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to clearly articulate messages to various audiences.
- Able to work successfully in multicultural teams and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Communications, Change Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, IS).
- Experience managing change networks and business partnering to provide support services to internal stakeholders.
