About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Talent Development Lead to join our Global Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving the development of our talent management processes and ensuring their effective execution across the Americas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic support to Functions/COEs on the use of organizational talent tools based on actual implementation
  • Work with the Global COE to project manage the global deployment of tools and materials that will move Kellanova's Talent Philosophy forward
  • Integrate regional and global experiences to align talent and performance management approach, processes, and tools
  • Pull ad-hoc reports to provide relevant metrics around talent and performance management
  • Provide high-level analytics on how does the Function/Region is managing talent and performance
  • Work with other GBS teams, COEs, and HRDs to deliver talent processes in the most effective way
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Management or similar
  • Excel proficiency
  • Strong communication skills (spoken and written) in English and Spanish
  • Analytics and intellectual curiosity - capable of reading and cross data to provide insights
  • Capable of managing ambiguity
  • 5-7 years of experience in organizational development and/or HR business facing roles
  • Customer-oriented and collaboration skills
  • Experience implementing talent and performance management processes and methodologies
What We Offer:
