Job Description

Join Migros France SAS as an Adjoint(e) Manager de rayon H/F to strengthen our Fruits & Légumes team in Etrembières.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between the manager of the rayon and the team.
  • Participate in the organization, planning, and monitoring of the activity of the rayon teams.
  • Manage orders of merchandise via our different platforms.
  • Monitor the performance indicators of the rayon.
  • Communicate and disseminate information and directives.
  • Participate in the arrangement of products and the promotion of catalogues.
  • Propose and implement ideas for improvement or corrective actions.
  • Participate in the welcome, integration, and training of colleagues.
  • Supervise the manager of the rayon in their absence.
Requirements
  • Ability to handle unexpected situations and find solutions to satisfy customers.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to convey messages effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computer tools.
  • Experience is more important than level of education.
