**Job Summary:**

The Senior Account Manager for Small Business Growth is a key role in our organization, responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients in our portfolio. This position requires a high level of expertise in advising on segment products and delivering a high-value service to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

- Manage a consolidated client portfolio and support the fulfillment of sales goals for the segment in the assigned geographical area.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the portfolio, including cross-selling and new customer acquisition, while retaining current customers.
- Collaborate with Financial Advisors to drive results, including core data entry functions, interpretation of investment statements, and other document analysis.
- Ensure adherence to advisory standards, processes, and controls, as well as staying up-to-date on technical knowledge related to investments, superannuation, insurance, and financial planning.
- Provide an exceptional client experience through exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Requirements:

- 0-2 years of relevant experience in sales of financial products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work to deadlines and be highly motivated and result-driven.
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience required.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
