Key Responsibilities
  • Process Optimization: Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance business efficiency.
  • System Development: Create process maps and flowcharts to visualize workflows, build out business project management systems, and integrate them into a project management tool.
  • Training and Support: Design training documents and videos to ensure seamless adoption of new processes.
Requirements
  • Education: An MBA or related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems development and implementation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools, CRM systems, and other relevant software.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
