**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of our credit card services, overseeing aspects such as payments, fraud management, and operational processes. Your responsibilities will include end-to-end management of credit card operations, ensuring seamless functionality and adherence to industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Processing Payments: Handle payment processing, including disbursements, wire transfers, and other forms of disbursements.
  • Vendors Approval: Approve vendors requested by customers daily, ensuring they are related to the working capital of our customers.
  • Daily Disbursements Operations: Manage national and international disbursements to be sent correctly.
  • Receipts: Share receipts with customers after disbursements are sent.
  • Record-Keeping and Data Validation: Maintain accurate and organized records of disbursement transactions, invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Education: Industrial engineering, finance, business administration, or related field.
  • Attention to Detail: Be meticulous and detail-oriented to accurately process payments, verify invoices, and reconcile accounts.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Identify discrepancies, investigate payment errors, and develop solutions to improve disbursement processes and efficiency.
  • Time Management: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Soft skills: Proactive, unafraid to ask questions when needed, problem solver, capable of taking ownership of projects.

**Compensation:** The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
