Job Description:As an Administrative Operations Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the organization, focusing on daily office functions and duties. Your tasks will include secretarial duties across all areas of the business, maintaining up-to-date filing and reference systems, and assisting in accounting and reporting activities.
You will also be responsible for screening incoming calls, maintaining diaries, arranging business travel, supporting agenda management and expense tracking, managing correspondence, and preparing documentation. Additionally, you may collaborate with various staff and departments to administratively support various projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- 3 to 5 years of experience as a secretary or comparable experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Tools
- Experience with SAP internal Tools like Corporate Portal, ISP, CSN
- English: Level 3: Fluent
