About the Role

The LATAM Hub and CFC Capability Lead is a key position within the Learning and Development organization at Pfizer, responsible for driving the transformation of learning across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Commercial Leaders, Digital Client Partner, and PX Lead to provide consultation and advice on learning strategy and priorities.
  • Develop learning plans and initiatives to support business demand, ensuring high-quality delivery of training programs to Client Facing Colleagues, Marketing Colleagues, and other in-scope colleagues.
  • Drive the transformation of self-led learning-centric culture and provide innovative training solutions by leveraging PLA and other learning platforms.
  • Interact with Regional and Global PLA stakeholders to shape training strategy and materials, and collaborate with the Digital Client Partner to effectively engage with Business Unit clients.
  • Monitor adherence to streamlined regional and local review and approval of learning materials, collect and provide region/topic-specific learnings and performance metrics for PLA continuous improvement.
  • Drive uniform delivery of learning across the region, including product knowledge, skills training, sustainability programs, innovative learning assets, and virtual tools.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10 years' experience in a multinational company
  • Prior experience working in a global context and/or success leading geographically dispersed teams
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience with evidence of high emotional intelligence
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage competing priorities
  • Cross-functional working experience and collaboration
