Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Replenishment Analyst to join our team at PepsiCo Foods North America. As a key member of our supply chain operations, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth product flow and optimizing key service metrics.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee load counts, assess fill rate risks, and manage product requests to meet demand efficiently. Coordinate with source facilities to ensure timely product availability.
- Optimize and Innovate: Handle add/cut requests, address fill rate risks, and manage Mod Voids across various sites to streamline operations.
- Lead Communication Efforts: Participate in daily and weekly service calls with re-packers and Headquarters for product supply team to identify service trends, and develop action plans to address gaps.
- Empower and Support: Provide training to team members, helping to build a strong, collaborative environment.
- Contribute to System Improvement: Execute ad-hoc assignments and work closely with the HQ supply chain group to enhance system performance and processes.
- Location: You must be based in Mexico City, as this role requires attendance at the office twice a week.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Planning, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning with a strong familiarity with SAP programs.
- Fluency in English: Essential, as this role supports our operations in the United States.
- Skills and Traits: A highly motivated self-starter with excellent multitasking and prioritizing abilities. Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook is required.
- Communication and Flexibility: Outstanding customer service and communication skills are crucial, with the ability to work independently and lead when needed. Flexibility to work off shifts, longer hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
